We ship to most of the countries in the world with below shipping fee:
- Orders under $99: 8.99$ ( standard shipping fee)
- Orders equal to or over $99: Free shipping
It often takes 7-20 days to ship to most countries worldwide. Due to Covid-19, delivery time may take a little longer for international shipments or be affected due to the unstable flight schedule, items being held up at customs or flights being cut or re-routed.
Returns or Refund
We always strive to bring the best shopping experiences to our customers. But in some cases, we can offer a refund or resend the item if:
- The item is faulty or damaged during delivery.
- The item is not as described.
- The item does not arrive 60 days after the dispatch date.
1. The item is faulty or damaged during delivery
If the item is damaged or broken, please contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and detailed photos of the damaged item. We will gladly ship you a replacement, entirely free of charge!
2. The item is not as described
In case the item is not as described, please contact us through email email@example.com with your order number and and detailed photos of the item you have received. We will support you quickly and send the correct item to you without any additional charge.
3. The item is not arrived 60 days after the dispatch date
If your package is not arrived 60 days after the dispatch date, please contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will give you 2 options:
- Option 1: 100% Refund
- Option 2: A free replacement
Please note that these two above options only apply for the orders that are not arrived 60 days after the dispatch date.
In case your order has not arrived in less than 60 days, the item is probably still in its way because customs sometimes can hold packages for up to 5-6 weeks.
